To comply with European standards we performed full modernization of filtration systems made by a Chinese factory. The decision made it possible to avoid quarterly replacements of filter elements as well as the necessity to purchase outsized equipment from the Chinese manufacturer. This step protected the market from the monopoly of the Chinese company. The upgrade enabled the customer to purchase spare parts and filter elements from any European manufacturer since all the replaceable parts are adapted to the European standard. Pall Corporation, an American company, was a partner of the project.

Inspection, optimization, and supply of spare parts for maintenance of the generator rotor.

Customer: Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Turkmenistan.

Organizing the team of qualified foreign experts from the well-known international companies to perform analysis of the gas recycling systems and offer the optimization procedure and reduction of costs for the customer at Galkynysh gas field. This solution helped the customer collect data on the existing equipment at the site which will facilitate future selection of spare parts, obtaining operational recommendations and finding solutions to cut the factory’s annual expenditures for procurement of parts and equipment.

Inspection and repair work of the gas turbine parts together with the international market leading companies in an authorized service center. In the course of contract performance the turbine parts were delivered to the service center for inspection. Parts in poor condition were refurbished; the remaining parts were replaced with the new and returned to the factory in Turkmenistan.
